Our local news just said WV around Snow Shoe area should be getting their first snowfall of the year this Sat. Yooohoooo! Finally cooler weather.
Hilltop highs in the 40s this weekend.

Death near crumpler

Last weekend a man that I once met was riding an atv on the trail that goes around the stair steeps (going up) and somehow ran off the side of the trail. I was told that he died pretty much instantly. Sad to hear. It must have been near the top at that really rocky area. It is a long drop straight down right there. He was not a young fellow. I would say around 60 or so. Seemed like a fairly sensable rider when i rode with him.

ATV Drag races

Went to Grayson lake in Kentucky this past weekend and as we were driving out noticed a couple small signs sort of like the ones the politicians use that read drag races so I went to investigate and low and behold they were racing dirt bikes atvs both 3 and 4 wheelers everything from tiny tots with training wheels to alcohol burning nitros injected beasts ,the track is a 1/8 mile dirt and one of the 4 wheelers clocked 94 mph. The wife and I stayed for several hrs watching the races then bought a used 400 polaris sport complete with wheelie bar and all for my son and headed home,the ATV nationals will be racing there sept 4th 5th and 6th and its $8 to get in if any on wants to go.

stolen atv

Hey guys please keep a eye out for a 91 red and gray honda 300 ex it has a red seat and tank the fenders are a light gray and a white brothers pipe it almost looks like they are primer ive not seen one this color it was stolen in the poca area a couple days ago we think we know who did it it could either be in the clay area or just inside ohio please call ith any info 304 421 2773
