Oh, and for comedy...
If they join the two, are they going to rename it?
Maybe, Pinndian Cridge?
Ok, lame joke..

Yesterday on the online chat Mike Pinkerton said that Pinnacle Creek, Indian Ridge and the new Bramwell trail would all be connected before the end of the year. I know we heard it all before. Let the laughing begin

He also stated that it is illegal in WV to ride so called outlaw trails.

I was down at the H&M office last week getting some permits and they told me the land owner had (finally) signed the agreement and decided on a route (I don't which route they chose). She said the connector should be open by the end of this month!! This is the most promising information I have heard from them. Usually their answer is "still waiting on the landowner to sign". I'll re-post as soon as I see anything 'official'.

Depends on who you ask.

If you still have my number Bud, give me a call sometime and I'll tell you. The key to this is what landmarks you already know.

Facts on the Indian Ridge and Pinnacle Creek Connector. No matter what anyone says on this forum, the reality is that no one knows the exact day the connector is going to be complete. The reason is that we are dealing with pushing dirt and in some cases very challenging rock beds. We are also crossing a pretty good size creek. We also continually deal with property rights and not trespassing issues. In fact, I am the marketing director for the trail system and I can't even tell you the exact day the connector is going to open. No one can. It will open when it is done. Hopefully that day will be soon.
People, we need to stick to being positive on these forums. The negativity and attacks on other business WILL stop. Any posts attacking or making accusations towards others will result in suspensions. AND, anyone trying to represent Trail System Staff will be dealt with as well.

I may be well on my way to being banned over there. I contacted the reporter who filed the June 8th story last week. She said she would do a follow up story on this topic and the Bramwell system.
So, I'd guess the connector is not open.

You will be in good company - I may well be banned too! I was so mad when I read the posts sayting the connector was 'open as of last Friday' and that 'the ranger has dropped off new maps'. I called the owners of the posting company and they weren't very receptive (after our last go-around I'm not surprised). I then called H&M executives (again) and told them what was being posted. They told me the connector is NOT open and there are NO maps.
I'm glad to see that someone from H&M did finally post something official (but had deleted a good part of the thread). I was also VERY happy to see Lee post in another thread H&M's response - directly underneath a post saying it was opened. I guess they didn't notice that one and didn't delete it. Yet!
I'm sure the connector will be opened soon. I'm looking very forward to it. H&M said there will be a LOT of notifications when it does open. I'll pass along anything I get from them.
